50 gramsmargarine/oil
60 gramsspeck
4eggs
125 gramssauerrahm
1 dashsalt
50 gramsflour
1 kgonion/ medium chopped

mix 250 g flour, salt, margarine, 1 egg for daugh, push into form

add margarine to pan, simmer onions
3

push onions aside and simmer speck
4

mix both in pan, add flour, mix
5

take off hot plate and lett cool off

mix 4 eggs, sauerrhm, salt
7

add sauerrahm/egg miture to onions, mix
8

add to base
9

bake at 200 C for 60 min
