Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  • 2 Cupsflour
  • 1.5 cupslukewarm water
  • 1 tbsolive oil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Put 2 cup of flour into a bowl

  2. 2

    Add 1.5 cups of water and olive oil then mix well with your hands

  3. 3

    Make small balls with the dough then roll into a circle with a rolling pin

  4. 4

    Melt butter in to a non-stick pan then put in the rolled roti

  5. 5

    Soon as you see your roti starts having black and brown spots it's ready to serve

  6. 6

    The dish can be made into a wrap and can also be eaten with many more delicious stews
