Salmon with Orange Honey Sauce

Clean the salmon and rinse it with a little white wine for a nice aroma. Season the salmon with a bit of salt, MSG, and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan, and when hot, sear the salmon.

Sauté minced garlic in cooking oil until fragrant, then add orange juice, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of honey, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Cook until the orange sauce thickens, then pour it over the salmon.
