Ingredients

  • 7large potatoes
  • 1/4wheat flour
  • 2 bunchdania
  • 1 glasswater
  • Salt
  • 1/2 litreoil

    Peel potatoes and slice then wash

  2. 2

    Take water add flour and mix them properly until its thick

  3. 3

    Add dania to the mixture stir

  4. 4

    Add sliced potatoes and mix all together

  5. 5

    Heat oil in apan and deep potatoes to fry

  6. 6

    Serve hot on aplate and add salt
