In your mixing bowl pour your flour.

On the other bowl separate your egg yolk and egg white

Then in that bowl of flour take that egg yolk and pour it over with beer mix together

Whisk the egg white until soft and pour salt to taste mix it well

Then switch your stove on and pour your cooking oil so that you will deep fry.

Then mix the mixture of beer and egg white then mix then deep your fish and pour it to the hot cooking oil

Then when you done with frying your fish enjoy it with any meal mine will be baby potatoes.
