1Chopped onion -
3 - 4Garlic cloves -
3-4Pepper -
to tasteSalt -
1 tbspButter -
3 cupWater -
1 tspFresh cream -

Heat butter in a pressure cooker.

Add onion, garlic,black,tomatoes and water

When cooker release the whistle simmer the gas
for five mins

Once cooled,.Blend the mixture till smooth.

Season with salt and black pepper

Serve hot
