Cut chicken in small chunks

Prepare rice as directed on packaging

slice up all vegetables into thin strips and then into halves
- 4
add all veggies and fruit into a pot. including the pineapple juice.

turn burner to low/med heat and cover pot w a lid
- 6
add chicken and seasonings (except sesame seeds) to a non-stick skillet and cook on low/med heat until chicken is fully cooked. stir occasionally.

once veggies and fruit are sauteed to your preference and liquid is gone, remove from heat, add chicken and rice to pot.

mix well. add to serving dish and sprinkle sesame seeds over top
