Ragi Spinach Soup
Steps

First rinse the spinach leaves very well in water.

Then chop the spinach leaves and keep aside.

In a pan add butter or oil and saute carrot pieces for few minutes and take it aside.

And then add spinach and saute it for few minutes till it turns softy.

Keep it aside and let it cool.

Add this spinach,onions,garlic,cumin powder,salt,pepper to blender and process it by adding some water.

Take a pan boil water.On other side in a half glass water add ragi flour to it and mix it well.

Add this ragi flour to the boiling water mix it well.

When it starts bubbling add palak mixture to it and boil till it gets smooth consistency.

Take it into serving bowl and add carrot pieces and chilli flakes to it.

That's all hot hot Ragi spinach soup is ready.
