Chop all types of leaves wash and Blanch then puree keep a side....

In a blender put chopped onion garlic ginger green chillies tomatoes make paste

Heat a pan add desi ghee(clarified butter) put 1 tsp cumin seeds

When crackle add onion paste fry till light brown and leave ghee

Add salt and garam masala

Add methi paste fry for 2 mints

Add cream mix well

Finely add paneer cut into desired peaces

Enjoy with chapati nan or lachcha paratha
