Crab and avocado omelet

Steps

Take crab, cilantro, onion, spinach , and 2 tablespoons of butter and saute over medium heat for 5 minutes

Mix eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in bowl and whisk
- 3
In small skillet add one tablespoon of butter and melt to cover the bottom of pan. Pour half of egg mix in pan. cook one side then flip to create omelet.

Add half of the crab mixture to one side of egg and flip one half over mix to create pocket.
- 5
Add half of the sliced avocado to the top of the omelet and repeat instructions for second omelet.
