Steps

Wash and grate Carrots.

Take a pan add ghee and heat.Put carrots grated and sauté a while.

Add milk and mix well.Let the Carrot cook till milk gets evaporated.

Add sugar and stir nicely.

Add Khoya and simmer for few minutes.Keep stirring since Halwa is getting dry at this point and it should not stick to the pan.

Put illaichi powder and mix.

Ones Halwa is dry turn off the gas.You may add chopped nuts.Cool and enjoy the Gajar Ka Halwa !!
