Steps

Cut the yam in cubes.

Slice the onion,fresh pepper,crayfish and break eggs in a bowl and whisk.

Pour everything in a pot,and keep the egg aside.pour in a big cup of water.

Boil for 8-10minutes,turn very well with wooden spartula.
- 5
Cover again and boil for 5 minutes then pour in the egg.after 1minute turn and the yam porriage is done.
