Soak the bitterleaf with salt amd warm water for at least 10 minutes.

Boil the meat and stockfish with onion,salt and maggi cubes.boil it till it softens.

Onces the meat and stockfish is soft,pour in water for making the soup and red oil.

Cover to boil very well then pour in blended egusi cover and leave it to boil for at least 10minutes.

Stir very well,blend the crayfish and fresh pepper and pour inside.

Then maggi cubes,salt,boil all for 10minutes.then add the bitterleaf but dont cover it thos time.

Boil for 3minutes and the bitterleaf soup is ready to be enjoyed.
