6 largeTomatos ( i prefer the ones wich look like dates)
4 tbspOlive oil
7 tbspBalsamico vinegar (Black)
1Salt
1Pepper
1fresh basil
1Mozzarella di bufalla ( if you wont use it or cant get it use the regular one)

Slice tomatos

Lay a layer of tomatos on a plate

sprinkle salt and pepper in the tomato slices.

pour oil and vinegar over the tomatos ( dont mix together)

Slice the Mozzarella and lay it on the tomatos

pour oil and vinegar over the Mozzarella

repeat the above steps till you got no tomatos and Mozzarella left.

Garnish with fresh Basil.

serve with ciabatta.
