mix flax, oats, bran and 2 cups of water. Let stand 20 minutes.

add butter, salt, molasses and mix well

In a 1Cup glass measuring cup, mix sugar & 1/4 cup water then add yeast stir and set aside until foamy then add it to the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

add yogurt, then flour 1 cup at a time until the dough forms a smooth ball. let rise 1 hour.

punch down dough & knead until it's a smooth ball again.

divide into three and place in greased pans. let rise 30minutes.

preheat oven to 350°F

bake 30 minutes

cool on wire racks
