Cut & wash all vegetables.

Assemble all ingredients.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add green garlic & spring onion, saute it. Add peas, carrots, cabbage & green chillies. Saute all for 3-4 minutes.

Add water, salt & black pepper. Mix well. Bring it a boil.

Add noodles in boiling vegetables. Bring it a boil for 2 minutes. Add schezwan Masala & tomato sauce. Stir all. Boil it for 1 minute. Switch off gas.

Serve hot schezwan noodles soup.
