Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 lbground sirloin
  2. 2 tspworcestershire sauce
  3. 1egg, beaten
  4. 1/2 cupitalian bread crumbs
  5. 1/4 cupparmesan cheese, grated
  6. 2 clovegarlic
  7. 1salt and pepper
  8. 3 tbspchopped parsley

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix beef and Worcestershire, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and parsley.

  2. 2

    Roll meat mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on nonstick cookie sheet or a cookie sheet greased with olive oil.

  3. 3

    Bake balls at 425 for 10-12 minutes or until no longer pink.
