Melt the jaggery on heat.

Add 1 tsp ghee

Add 1 tsp sugar

Add roasted chana.

On slow flame, mix well.

Grease the board and place mixture on it. Roll it with rolling pin.

Mark on it to cut the pieces.

Let it cool and cut into pieces.

Serve and Eat
