Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cuproasted chana
  2. 1 cupjaggery
  3. 1 tspghee
  4. 1 tspsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Melt the jaggery on heat.

    Add 1 tsp ghee

  3. 3

    Add 1 tsp sugar

  4. 4

    Add roasted chana.

  5. 5

    On slow flame, mix well.

  6. 6

    Grease the board and place mixture on it. Roll it with rolling pin.

  7. 7

    Mark on it to cut the pieces.

  8. 8

    Let it cool and cut into pieces.

  9. 9

    Serve and Eat
