Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  • 3/4 cuproasted chana
  • 1 cupjaggery
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1 tspsugar

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Melt the jaggery on heat.

  2. 2

    Add 1 tsp ghee

  3. 3

    Add 1 tsp sugar

  4. 4

    Add roasted chana.

  5. 5

    On slow flame, mix well.

  6. 6

    Grease the board and place mixture on it. Roll it with rolling pin.

  7. 7

    Mark on it to cut the pieces.

  8. 8

    Let it cool and cut into pieces.
