Ingredients

35 minutes
4-5 servings
  1. 500 gmscarrots
  2. 1 Tbspghee/ clarified butter
  3. 100 mlmilk
  4. 1/4 or less cup sugar
  5. 2 Tbspcream
  6. 2 Tbspchopped dry fruits
  7. 1/4 Tspcardamom powder
  8. 1 Tbspdry fruits

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    To hot ghee, add grated carrots and fry for 8-10 minutes. When colour changes, add milk and sugar. Mix well.

    Add chopped dry fruits and create. Stir on medium heat.

    When carrots come together, switch off the flame, mix cardamom powder and allow to cool down.

    Transfer to a greased plate, and garnish with cashew, almonds, and pista. Serve hot or at room temperature.
