saute onions and garlic in 3 tbl. oil

chop tomato and throw in with onion

add sazon and cilantro flakes to mixture

wash cod fish thouroughly (changing water about 5 times, taste to make sure its not too salty, if it is rinse again)

shred codfish into pan

mix in and warm through, give it a taste test to see if it needs any salt, pepper or other spice you may like to add

now you can serve this as a side or to eat as guisado say over white riceadd salsa
