Ingredients

  1. 1 katori basmati rice cleaned and soaked in water for 2 hours
  2. 1 cup fresh Chhena for 1 litre full cream milk. Prepare by adding lemon juice to the boiled milk
  3. 2 ripe bananas, cut into small pieces
  4. 2 tbsp honey
  5. 50 gm jaggery or sugar or mishri as per your requirement
  6. 1/2 tsp rock salt
  7. 1 cup grated coconut
  8. 2 tsp desi ghee
  9. 1 cup fresh milk
  10. 50 gm fresh dahi
  11. as needed cut kaju, pista, badam
  12. 1 tsp, badi elaichi powder
  13. to tasteKali mirch powder
  14. 3 laung crushed

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind all ingredients except kaju, pista, badam.

    Adjusting milk to bring consistency according to your liking.

    Garnish with chopped kaju pista and badam

    Now the heavenly and holy drink is ready to offer the SUN God who will bless each and every one with good health.

    Note..... you can add fruits finely chopped.
