  • 500 gflour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2eggs
  • 2 cupsmilk or water
  • Deep frying oil
  • 3 tbssugar
  • 50 gblueband

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients that flour with baking powder and sugar.

  2. 2

    Add blueband then mix well.

  3. 3

    Add eggs then milk and need till it doesn't stick on your hands.

  4. 4

    Cover to rest for 30 mins

  5. 5

    Cut to round shapes or shapesof your preference

  6. 6

    Deep fry till golden brown
