Ingredients

  1. 4-5shalgam
  2. 1onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1green chilli
  5. 1 tspgrated Jaggery
  6. 3-4garlic cloves
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  11. To tastesalt
  12. as requiredOil

Cooking Instructions

    Shalgam ko peel kar cut karein.or cooker me daal kar 2 whistle aane de.

    Boiled shalgam ko ache se mash karein.

    Onion Wok me oil garam kar cumin seeds crackle karein.ab chopped onion daal kar saute karein.

  4. 4

    ChoppOnion ka colour change hone per tomato add karein sath hi chopped green chilli daal kar saute karein.

    Boil Chopped garlic,dry spices and grated Jaggery daal kar ache se mix karein or 2-3 minutes tak saute karein.

    Boiled and mashed shalgam mix karein.or low flame per 10 minutes tak bhun le.

    Green coriander daal kar serve karein...
