1raw papaya
1 tbsppanch phoran
as neededmustard oil
as per tastesalt
as per tastered chilli
2-3whole red chilli
.2 or 3bay leaves.
as neededgreen chopped Coriander

First cut papaya in STRIPS

Now take a pan...add mustard oil...panch phoran...bay leaves...whole red chilli

Add papaya...all spice..like salt and red chilli...stir and cook ti papaya COOKED

At last put green chopped coriander

If you want..in the end you cn add amchur...also
