1/2 tspcumin powder
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
2 spoonhot oil
1 spoonginger garlic paste
to tasteSalt
as neededOil to deep fry

Mix all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl leaving hot oil

Mix it in the end when all tge ingredients are well mixed Heat oil in deep kadai

Drop small batch at a time in hot oil and fry these pokodies till golden from both the sides

Keep the flame on medium
Take them out and serve them with any chutney
