Whole Wheat Jaggery Cake

We all know how healthy is jaggery, what if we make our favourite dishes using jaggery and healthy wheat flour, instead of sugar and maida. I made cake more healthy by using whole wheat and jaggery. What a combination. Even a diabetic patients can also have this without any guilt.

First press heat the oven

Take wheat flour, baking powder baking soda, coco powder and cinnamon powder in a seiver and seive it twice.

In a mixing bowl take oil and jaggery powder mix and beat well with beater till fluffy

Once jaggery melts and it is fluffy add curd and beat till fluffy

Now slowly slowly add little little flour and mix with spatula by cut and fold method

Once you add all the flour mix if required add milk

Check the consistency

Pour it into greesed cake tin

Bake it at 180 for 35-40 mins

Check with tooth pick, if it comes neatly then let the cake cool on rack.

Don't take it out immediately after done.

Once cool down take it out and cut into desired shape.
