1 cupjapanese cucumber
2 cupcooked roasted pork
1 tbsplight soy sauce
1/2 tspsugar
LG SPICY SAUCE ( SAMBAL SAUCE )
2 tbspspicy sauce or sambal ( sambal oelek )

in pan saute cooked roasted pork with sambal sauce then add light soy sauce and sugar stir fry to mix well for 2 minute then off heat

Add pineapple, cucumber and onion and mix well then serve as salad
