The pork is lovely and tender when slow cooked. The apples and cider make for a great combination.
Steps

Coat the cubes of pork in the flour whilst heating half the oil in a pan.

Cook the pork until browned and place to one side.
- 3
Heat the remaining oil and cook the onion and garlic until soft. Add the apple wedges and continue to cook until the apple begins to soften.

Gradually stir in the cider and stock and bring to the boil.

Transfer to slow cooker along with bay leaves and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Add pork to slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
- 7
Remember to remove bay leaves prior to serving.
