Steps

Dry roast split green gram for four to five minutes.

Pressure cook in cooker upto two whistles.

Now in a vessel make jaggery syrup.

Filter the impurities.

Heat the syrup in vessel.Add boiled green gram.Let it cook for five minutes.

Add scraped coconut and cardamon.

Add milk.

Add ghee roasted cashews,raisins and almonds.

Moong dal payasam ready.Serve it hot or cold.
