Wash your chicken and parboil for 15mins

Add your blended or shopped okro and stir properly

Allow to cook for 5 mins, then you add your river fish, add a little salt and just a cube of Maggi reason being you used salt and Maggi to parboil the chicken so mind the quantity of seasoning you are adding so you won't get a salty soup

Wash and add your pumpkin leave, then allow to cook for ten minutes.

Put your pot of soup down. Place your frying pan on your cooker, pour in your pan your palm oil, allow your oil to bleach properly then pour your blended fresh pepper,tomatoes and onion.

Allow to cook very well...mind you don't add any seasoning to it, you can only add grinded cray fish if you wish but it's optional. when it's properly cooked pour it inside your pot of soup and stir well.

Put your pot of soup back on the cooker and allow it to cook for 10mins. Your vegetable okro soup is ready....
