Ingredients

  • 1 cupjaggery powder
  • 3 gmCardamon powder
  • 4 cupwater
  • 1 spoonLemon juice
  • 1-2 tbspGinger juice or grated ginger dried

Steps

  1. 1

    Dissolve the powdered jaggery in the water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes so any impurities in the jaggery will settle down. strain the jaggery solution with the help of strainer. Add the cardamom, dried ginger and lime juice and mix well.

  2. 2

    Taste and make adjustments till you feel it tastes like you like it. 

  3. 3

    Pour into glasses and serve.

  4. 4

    Searve it chilled.
