Boil 2litre water

Mix the ginger gemmere in a cup of cold water

Add sugar let it boil add the ginger that is in the cup
4

Add cream of tartar and tartaric let it boil for 15-20min

Pour your mixture into the 18l of cold water
6

Cover with lid and leave it for 2days for best results
