Add yeast and sugar to warm water and let the yeast activate. After ten minutes, add the yeast mixture to flour, add salt and oil. Make a dough. And let it proof for maximum 2-3 hours depending upon climate.

Prepare your own pizza sauce or you can get it readymade and keep all your veggies ready nicely cub shaped.

Take a small piece of dough and stretch it on a baking tray according to your size choice and apply pizza sauce and grated cheese, veggies on top of that, and cheese again. Don't forget to put salt in your veggies. And top it off with oregano, mixed herbs,and chilli flakes. Preheat oven beforehand at 200°C, and bake it at 180° C for 15-20 mins. And it's ready to eat. Enjoy :)
