Tomato ko wash kar chote chote cuts karein. And jaggery ko grate kar le.

Ab ek pan me oil heat karein. Isme tadka samagri daal kar tadka lagaye. Uske baad turmeric, red chilli powder add karein.

Ab isme jaggery, sugar and salt daal kar dhak de. Slow flame per. Water ni daalna hi. After 10 minutes usme tomato cuttings add karein.

Ab tomato chutney ko pakne de 20 minutes ke liye. Jab tomato puri tareh se gal jaaye. Aur greay thodi thik ho jaaye to usme black salt, roasted coriander cumin powder daale. Ab gas off kar de.
