grate the onion and roughly chop spinach and chuck everything in the bowl. use your hands and get dirty mixing it all together. roll into small "thumb size" logs, put them in the fridge for an hour. heat up the barbie with a bit of olive oil, roll the koftas in a bit of flour before cooking. cook on 2-3 minutes each side and serve with a tzatsiki dip and greek salad.
