Baked potato in tomatoe sauce

Wash, peel and chop potatoes in too round thin slices or cubes. Chop onions into thin rounds

Blend fresh tomatoes with garlic, sugar, salt and pepper
- 3
Grease pan with some olive oil, layer the onion then potatoes and add some salt and pepper and cumin.

Pour tomatoe sauce over the potatoes and bake for about 40-45 minutes at 180c.
- 5
You may add 2 tbs of tomatoe paste to the tomatoe sauce mix to give it a darker colour and more thickness.
