Ingredients: 4 roasted tomatoes, peeled; 1/2 small onion; 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded; 1 quart chicken broth; 1 sprig epazote; 2 chopped pasilla chiles; Salt and pepper; 16 tortillas, cut into strips and fried; 7 ounces panela cheese, diced; 1 avocado

6 servings

4roasted tomatoes, peeled
1/2small onion
1cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 quartchicken broth
1 sprigepazote
2chopped pasilla chiles
Salt and pepper
16tortillas, cut into strips and fried
7 ouncespanela cheese, diced
1avocado

Steps

Blend the tomatoes, onion, and chicken broth.

Pour into a saucepan and simmer on low heat. Add the epazote, pasilla chiles, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil.

Add the shredded chicken breast and bring to a boil again.

Remove from heat and, when serving, add the tortilla strips, diced panela cheese, and avocado.
