Ingredients

  1. 4-6salmon filets (skinless)
  2. 1/4 cupmargarine
  3. 3/4 cupmaple syrup
  4. 3-4 tbspdijon and/or grainy mustard
  5. 1 tbspsoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place salmon filets in an oven safe baking dish.

  2. 2

    Mix sauce ingredients and pour over salmon.

  3. 3

    Bake at 425°F for 13-18 minutes, until salmon is flaky.
