Ingredients

4-6salmon filets (skinless)
1/4 cupmargarine
3/4 cupmaple syrup
3-4 tbspdijon and/or grainy mustard
1 tbspsoy sauce

Place salmon filets in an oven safe baking dish.

Mix sauce ingredients and pour over salmon.

Bake at 425°F for 13-18 minutes, until salmon is flaky.
