absolutely delish.... easy flavor full nacho cheese...

I first tasted this dip at my friend Lynda's bridal shower. It was made by her mother-in-law. It is always a crowd pleaser!

There are many versions of this on Pintrest and this is my version! You could also use ground beef or (other ground meat) with half a pack of taco seasoning, which I will be trying next! The topping are endless and it can be altered to your liking. I used lowfat/fat free ingredients where I could to make it a little bit healthier.

Instead of Taco Tuesday try Nacho Cheese Dorito Casserole....

Cooked this for the family to use with the leftover taco meat from my Slow Cooker Pork Tacos

Have been eating this nacho meat since I was in high school. I can't find anything that beats it. This also freezes really well. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
