  • 4boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cupflour, placed on plate for dipping
  • 3eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt, pepper, to taste
  • 2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1any seasoning you might like

30 mins
  1. 1

    cut chicken in to strips

  2. 2

    add seasonings to flour and mix well

  3. 3

    dip strips, one at a time, in flour

  4. 4

    then in egg,

  5. 5

    then flour again

  6. 6

    fry in hot oil until golden
