Ingredients

12 servings
  1. For the Bread
  2. 1 1/2Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
  3. 1/2 cupWhole Wheat Flour
  4. 1 tspBaking Soda
  5. 1/2 tspcinnamon
  6. 2Ripe Mashed Bananas
  7. 2Egg Whites
  8. 2 tbspVanilla Greek Yogurt
  9. 1/3 cupOats
  10. 1/3 cupChocolate Chips
  11. 1*Optional: Favorite granola mix

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl

  3. 3

    Add bananas, egg whites, and Greek yogurt. *Do not over mix

  4. 4

    Spray loaf or muffin pan with nonstick spray

  5. 5

    *Optional: Sprinkle top with favorite granola mix

  6. 6

    Put in oven for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick come out clean
