Ingredients

12 servings
  • For the Bread
  • 1 1/2Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cupWhole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tspBaking Soda
  • 1/2 tspcinnamon
  • 2Ripe Mashed Bananas
  • 2Egg Whites
  • 2 tbspVanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cupOats
  • 1/3 cupChocolate Chips
  • 1*Optional: Favorite granola mix

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl

  3. 3

    Add bananas, egg whites, and Greek yogurt. *Do not over mix

  4. 4

    Spray loaf or muffin pan with nonstick spray

  5. 5

    *Optional: Sprinkle top with favorite granola mix

  6. 6

    Put in oven for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick come out clean
