Ingredients

  1. 2 largechicken breast
  2. 4 tbspmayonnaise
  3. 1 tsptasting salt
  4. 2 largeonions(sliced into round pieces)
  5. 5 mediumchillies
  6. 1 mediumgarlic (paste)
  7. 1 smallginger(paste)
  8. 2 smallred dried chillies(paste)
  9. 2 eachblack pepper(powdered)
  10. 2 pinchnormal salt ( only if salt isn't added with the noodles)
  11. 2 tbspsoyabean oil
  12. 1 cupwater
  13. 1 packagesinstant noodles(boiled)
  14. 3 tbspmelted cheese
  15. 2 tbspMalaysian Sauce

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken breasts into small square pieces.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in the pan. Put black pepper,ginger,garlic and red dried chillies paste. Mix them for 40 seconds.

    Put the onion and chillies into the pan. Stir. Mix them well with the spices. Fry the onion for 40 seconds.

  4. 4

    Put the chicken breast pieces in pan. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Take 1 cup water and put it in the pan. Then cover the pan. Let the breasts get boiled. Approximately in 7/8 mins the water will be dried. Turn off the furnace then.

  6. 6

    Take a new pan and add little oil. Heat the oil. Add the mayonnaise and let it melt. Then put the cooked chicken in it.

  7. 7

    Add tasting salt and mix.

  8. 8

    Add the boiled noodles inside the chicken. Mix well. Be careful,if you have added salt in the noodles...dont put salt again! And if you haven't,add little salt.

  9. 9

    Cook for 2 mins. Your meal is ready!

    Add some dressings with melted cheese and Malaysian sauce. Enjoy!
