Ingredients

  • Cream cheese frosting
  • 8 ozBlock Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2 stick(8oz) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 box(1pd) Powdered sugar
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 tspVanilla extract
  • 1 cupSweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1Pink food coloring
  • 4Sliced Strawberries

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine cream cheese & butter. Beat untill soft & pliable.

  2. 2

    Add 1 box powdered sugar, salt & vanilla extract. Beat until incorporated.

  3. 3

    Add other box of sugar, beat till incorporated. For smoother consistency add slosh of milk. Or more sugar for thicker consistency.

  4. 4

    Put shredded coconut in bowl with 3 or 4 drops food coloring. Mix with hands. Once cake is frosted. Sprinkle on cake then place sliced Strawberries.
