2 cupwhole grain pasta, cooked
2 smallcarrots, cooked in a curry sauce or steamed
1/2red onion, in rings
15asparagus spears (heads only, steamed)
dressing
3 tbsptahini or peanut butter (smooth)
1 tbspgrain mustard
2 tbsphot water
1 pinchsalt
topping
1 tbsppine nuts
1chopped parsley
1some olives, or dried or fresh tomatoes, diced...

combine the ingredients in a large bowl

mix the dressing in a small bowl and pour over the salad

toss and let soak for a few hours

dress in a nice salad bowl with the toppings on top
