Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupmilk
  • 2 tbspsalt
  • 3/4 cupbreadcrumbs or crushed croutons
  • 3/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese - if you like it
  • 1/4 tspcrushed dried thyme
  • 1/4 tspbasil and oregano
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 tsppaprika
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder - if you like it
  • 4codfish fillets or any white fish e.g. pangasius
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 200C

  2. 2

    Mix the milk and salt in a small bowl, in another one mix the breadcrumbs, cheese and all the spices.

  3. 3

    Dip the fillets in the milk and then in the breadcrumb mix to cover all sides.

  4. 4

    Place the fillets in a glass casserole and pour the melted butter on top.

  5. 5

    Cook for about 30 minutes until the fish meat is ready and the crumbs turn golden.
