peel potatos, chop into roughly 1 or 1 and 1/2 inch cubes and wash

put potatos in large deep pan with roughly 1 to 2 inches of cooking oil and 1 heaping tabespoon full of butter over medium heat

chop keilbasa into thick strips. they should reasonable pepperoni slices but a lot thicker.

add them in with the potatos and stir. salt and pepper to taste. also, add italian seasonings to taste

turn to high heat to bring to boil, stirring fairly constant when brought to a boil,reduce heat to low boil, add green beans and stirr

after stirring for about 3 to 4 minutes, reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook till tators are soft but but not mashed stirring occasionally
