Ingredients

  • 30 ozbag of frozen hashbrowns
  • 28 ozchicken broth
  • 2 tbspdried minced onion
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 8 ozcream cheese, softened
  • 5 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cupshredded cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix frozen hash browns, chicken broth, dried minced onions, and pepper in crockpot and cook on low 5 hours.

  2. 2

    Remove lid and stir in cream cheese cook another 30 minutes serve with bacon and cheddar on top.
