mix ingredients for sauce well.

wash and cut chicken into small chunks or strips

put chicken in sauce and toss. make sure all gets coated.

chop the veggies up. make sure to soak corn and water chestnuts if canned to remove tinny taste.

heat pan on medium to medium high. use a big pan.

put enough olive oil in pan to coat. add garlic and chicken with all the sauce . cook chicken until nearly done, just a few minutes. add more oil if needed.

stir in all the veggies. cook until tender but not mushy.

that's it! i like to make plain white rice with this.
