Ingredients

  • Sauce
  • 1 tbspSoy Sauce
  • 1 tbspOyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbspsesame oil
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1 tspGround ginger
  • 1 dashSalt
  • 2 tspcorn starch
  • 3 tbspwater or chicken broth
  • 3Chicken breast
  • 1 cupBroccoli
  • 1 canBaby corn removed from can and soaked in tepid water
  • 2 tspDiced garlic
  • 1carrot sliced thin
  • 1 bunchbaby bok choy
  • 1 canwater chestnuts removed from can and soaked in tepid water
  • 1olive oil
  • 1 tbspMirin (Rice wine)

Steps

  1. 1

    mix ingredients for sauce well.

  2. 2

    wash and cut chicken into small chunks or strips

  3. 3

    put chicken in sauce and toss. make sure all gets coated.

  4. 4

    chop the veggies up. make sure to soak corn and water chestnuts if canned to remove tinny taste.

  5. 5

    heat pan on medium to medium high. use a big pan.

  6. 6

    put enough olive oil in pan to coat. add garlic and chicken with all the sauce . cook chicken until nearly done, just a few minutes. add more oil if needed.

  7. 7

    stir in all the veggies. cook until tender but not mushy.

  8. 8

    that's it! i like to make plain white rice with this.
