Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupFlour
  2. 2/3 cupSugar
  3. 1 tspBaking soda
  4. 1/4 tspCinnamon
  5. 1One eighth tsp. salt
  6. 1Egg
  7. 3Mashed ripe bananas
  8. 1/3 cupMelted butter
  9. 1 tspVanilla
  10. 1/2 cupSemi sweet chocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

    Whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, whisk egg, bananas, butter and vanilla. Add to flour mixture , stir until just moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.

  3. 3

    Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 17-20 min.
