Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupFlour
  • 2/3 cupSugar
  • 1 tspBaking soda
  • 1/4 tspCinnamon
  • 1One eighth tsp. salt
  • 1Egg
  • 3Mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cupMelted butter
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 1/2 cupSemi sweet chocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

    Whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, whisk egg, bananas, butter and vanilla. Add to flour mixture , stir until just moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.

  3. 3

    Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 17-20 min.
